Registration
All registrations are subject to availability and are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Refunds
Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer. If the event is canceled, registered participants may be eligible for a refund or event credit at the organizer’s discretion.
Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for their own conduct and safety during the event. The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
Event Changes
The organizer reserves the right to modify event details, schedules, locations, or tournament formats as necessary.

By participating, you acknowledge that participation in recreational activities involves inherent risks and agree to participate at your own risk.
Photography & Media
Participants grant permission for photographs and videos taken during the event to be used by the organizer for promotional, marketing, and fundraising purposes without compensation.
